Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Policy
Bilse Metales SL has a clear commitment with the provision of good quality services to its clients and it respects the Environment and the Occupational Health and Safety of the staff. It is also compromised with whoever collaborates in the attainment of our activities through the exercise of his proffesional activity in our working center.
For all this, the management of Bilse Metales SL being aware of the importance of the establishment of its Management System based on the regulations UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2008, UNE-EN-ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007, establishes the present Policy of Quality, Environment and Occupational Health and Safety , and it adapts the necessary means for their fulfilment by the following principles:
1. Commitment with the clients, always looking for their complete satisfaction and accuracy by means of the highest quality of the given services, understood as:
- Exact and required adaptation of the service to the specific necessities of the each client.
- Flexibility and speed to solve any requirement of our client.
2. Searching of the best service given to the clients, understood as:
- Infrastructure and equipment of highest quality, technical capacity and security to guarantee the client´s satisfaction. It´s given an appropriate service, respectful with the Environment and which watches over the Health and Safety of the company´s staff.
- High qualification and experience of the staff according to the provision of the service, always having a continuous formation of the staff in order to increase the human capital and improve the given service and its environmental and preventive performance.
3. Incorporation and treatment of aspects and environmental risks in the ddevelopment of our activity:
- We adapt all the necessary means to prevent the contamination and minimize the harmful environmental impacts, mainly preventing a potential contamination of the dangerous residues provoked by our activities.
- We foment the efficient consuption of the resources and their reuse when posible.
4. Commitment with the Occupational Health and Safety of our workers:
- Adapting the necessary means to guarantee the health and safety of our staff, specially emphasizing the risks associated to the manipulation of load.
- Guaranteeing and watching all the time over the use and arrangement of all the necessary means of the protection (individual, collective). This is done in order to guarantee the fulfilment of the tasks in the best security conditions.
-Encouraging and guaranteeing the staff or their representatives´participation concerning the conditions and organization of the tasks in relation to safety and health.
5. Commitment to the continuous improvement of the efficiency of our management integrated system.
6. Fulfilment of the legal requisites in Quality, Environment and Occupational Health and Safety, and those established voluntary by our organization.
The Lidership Committe guarantees that the present Policy is daily maintained at all the company´s levels, and it states its compromise in quality, environment and Occupational Health and Safety with the definition and spreading of this policy to the organization´sstaff and to any external part which is interested.
